  • Reaffirmation of Strategic Partnership
    • Leaders reiterated a trust-based and time-tested partnership, grounded in mutual respect for sovereign interests.
    • Both endorsed a multipolar global order.
  • Programme 2030 Adopted
      • A forward-looking roadmap to deepen cooperation in trade, defence, energy, nuclear, space, connectivity and technology until 2030.
  • Economic & Financial Cooperation
    • Commitment to raise bilateral trade to USD 100 billion by 2030.
    • Plan to strengthen national currency settlements, improve payment system interoperability, and explore CBDC usage.
  • Defence and Military-Technical Cooperation
    • Emphasis on joint research, development and production, aligned with Make in India.
    • Support for localized spare-part manufacturing for Russian-origin platforms.
    • Continued momentum in military exercises, including INDRA-2025 and trilateral training initiatives.
  • Energy Cooperation
    • Partnership strengthened in oil, natural gas, LNG, petrochemicals, fertilizer supply, and coal gasification.
    • Agreement to accelerate resolution of pending investment concerns.
