Key Features of Mission Karmayogi

    • Shift from rule-based to role-based training.
    • Competency-driven approach focusing on Attitude, Skills, and Knowledge (ASK).

70-20-10 Learning Model:

  1. 70% learning from on-the-job experiences.
  2. 20% from peer interactions.
  3. 10% from formal training programs.
  4. Integrated Government Online Training (iGOT) Karmayogi: A centralized learning platform.
