Strengthen Make in India and PLI Schemes to increase manufacturing’s share in GDP.
Agriculture & Food Processing
Promote PM Kisan SAMPADA, reduce post-harvest losses and boost farmers’ incomes.
Technology & Innovation
Expand private-sector space activity and develop semiconductor plants to cut import dependence.
PM GatiShakti & Connectivity
Improve multimodal connectivity and reduce logistics costs via integrated planning.
Defence Manufacturing
Advance Atmanirbhar Bharat in Defence through indigenisation and defence corridors.
Green & Blue Economy
Promote Panchamrit, Net Zero 2070, renewable growth and the Deep Ocean Mission.
National Security & Changing Warfare
Economic growth must be matched by modern security preparedness, as future conflicts increasingly involve cyber, drone, hybrid and technology-driven threats — potentially targeting critical infrastructure like refineries, banks and data centres, not just borders.
- Civil Defence Restructuring: Civil defence systems will be reviewed and upgraded for modern warfare.
- New Warfare Threats: Attacks could target refineries, the banking sector, or data centres, not just borders.
- Mission Sudarshan Chakra: A multi-layered defence system using AI, cybersecurity and advanced technology, under development.
Way Forward
