Important: CSAT is a qualifying paper only โ marks are NOT counted for merit ranking. You must score minimum 33% (66 marks out of 200) to qualify. It is mandatory to appear in both Prelims papers.

About the Mains Examination: The Main Examination assesses intellectual traits and depth of understanding โ not just information and memory. Questions test general awareness, analytical ability, and the capacity to navigate conflicting socio-economic goals. Answers must be relevant, meaningful, and succinct.
