BHAVYA Rasayan Scheme
- Chemical Industry: Promote growth across upstream, downstream and ancillary industries.
- Global Value Chains: Improve integration with global chemical supply chains.
- Export Promotion: Increase exports and reduce import dependence.
- Sustainable Development: Encourage environmentally responsible industrial growth.
- Investment: Attract domestic and foreign investments into the chemical sector.
- Employment: Generate jobs through chemical sector expansion.
Dedicated Parks
Three chemical parks will be developed under the scheme with shared infrastructure and common utilities.
Cost & Compliance
Reduces logistics and infrastructure costs while strengthening environmental compliance through common waste management facilities.
Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM)
- Digital Health: Create an integrated digital healthcare ecosystem.
- Data Exchange: Enable secure sharing of health records with patient consent.
- Interoperability: Promote seamless exchange across different digital health platforms.
ABHA
Ayushman Bharat Health Account — a unique digital health identity for individuals.
Health Facility Registry (HFR)
National registry of verified hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and blood banks — over 5.36 lakh facilities registered.
Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR)
National registry of verified healthcare professionals across the country.
Unified Health Interface (UHI)
Digital platform for discovering and accessing health services, improving healthcare accessibility.
- Common Standards: Establishes uniform digital health data standards.
- Consent Based: Health data is shared only after patient consent.
- Sandbox Testing: Digital applications are validated before integration.
- Security Audit: Applications undergo Web Application Security Audit (WASA).
Urban Haat Programme
Objectives
Creates permanent marketing infrastructure in major urban centres, enables artisans and weavers to sell directly, and reduces dependence on intermediary agencies.
Key Features
Jointly implemented under National Handicrafts and National Handloom Development Programmes; targets big towns and metros; maximum assistance of ₹300 lakh per Urban Haat.
- Eligibility: National/State handloom agencies, handloom & handicrafts corporations, cooperative societies, and individual artisans/weavers.
- Implementing Agencies: State Handicrafts Development Corporations, State Handloom Development Corporations, and State Tourism Development Corporations with adequate capacity.
- Beneficiaries: Artisans and weavers gain direct marketing opportunities and improved market access in urban centres.
Mission Poshan 2.0
- Malnutrition Reduction: Improve nutritional outcomes among women, children and adolescent girls.
- Nutrition Services: Strengthen nutrition delivery through Anganwadi Centres.
- Behaviour Change: Promote healthy nutrition practices through community participation.
Components
Anganwadi Services and Poshan Abhiyaan merged under the umbrella mission; Scheme for Adolescent Girls covers ages 14–18 in Aspirational Districts and the North Eastern Region.
Key Features
Centrally sponsored, implemented by States/UTs; Poshan Tracker is an ICT platform with a public dashboard for nutrition indicators.
- Supplementary Nutrition: Provided to children, pregnant women, lactating mothers and adolescent girls.
- Take Home Ration: Additional nutrition for severely acute malnourished children.
- Jan Andolan: Conducted through Poshan Pakhwada and Poshan Maah.
- Malnutrition Protocol: Joint protocol released for management of severe acute malnutrition.
- Poshan Vatikas: Developed at Anganwadi Centres to encourage diet diversity.
